I am writing a letter to Johnny Weir at this very moment so a kind fellow fan can deliver it to him at his show in Lake Placid this Saturday and I do not know what to say that will not come across as fawning, disgustingly syrupy and cloying and insipid.

First off, Johnny Weir's Russian fans had immortalized him in a major way. A tiny planet in the asteroid belt is now named after him. The announcement was made on Johnny's birthday on July 2. I'm all verklempt now.
